wow... today when i was on my way to NTU, i recieve this booklet of...
THE DA VINCI CODE...
in which the Campus ministry of NTU had produced it...
it shows the fiction and non-fiction of facts and challenge between...
The Truth and the fiction by Dan brown...
is like...
The Best selling book in 2003-2005 trying to outwin the Best-selling book in the history of Mankind which is Our Bible...
wat is this man trying to do?
trying to draw away Christian faith from their faith?
but for my point of view...
if u r true blue Christian, u wouldnt hav even read it!
if ur faith is easily moved by situation, u shld seek HeLP!
the Verdict: Fact or Fiction?
in the confrontation of bestsellers, the Bible can stand its own in the ring against the Da Vinci Code. reason?
backed by solid historical documentation, it is not simply a fine story written by only one man, but a collaboration between God and more than 40 authors to proclaim one message...
not only that... Bible is translated into 2,233 languages and dialects...
anyway...
What is your VeRDIct?
the fact of Jesus existence is already established by enormous historical evidences. Even Dan brown relied on that premise for his novel! the real question is 'Who is He to You? if Jesus is Son of God. He is the God where you and i can know personally. just agreeing in your mind that Jesus Christ is the Son of God is not enough! Believing in Jesus Christ is more than intellectual knowledge. you need to accept Christ into your Life! Christ invites us to make a personal decision. to ask him into our lives. you can do so by praying. praying is just talking with God. God knows ur heart and is not so concerned with ur words as he is with the ATTITUDE of YOUR HEART.
if it is ur desire to hav Christ come into ur life, forgive ur sins, and begin the relationship that u created for, then simply pray this prayer silently and on the foundation of Christ's words you can know u hav recieved exactly that.
if u travel back in time to the scene of the trial of Jesus, what would ur verdict be?
today, the courtroom takes place in ur heart, the cross examination is over. so what's ur VERDICT today?
there is many things in this booklet la... juz tat too much to share...
well... i can sense that many ppl will read and reflect upon it and come challenge wat i m saying again... well... it's not from me but from the booklet...
u want u can go challenge the author, editor and producer...
i'm juz sharing what i feel is good for reflection...
