when we focus on some unresolved hurt in our life, either towards HIM or another person, it distracts us from 100% focus on HIM...
even if we direct the anger or emotion on someone who had hurt us, we still are the one being hurted...
so why HOLD on to it?
Bitterness exhausts and destroys the one who holds it...
so LET Go!!! Let it ALL GO!!!

Love your neighbour as much as you love urself...
